When will the Pine be released?

The Neptune Pine is currently planned to be released during the third quarter of 2013; i.e. from July to end of September.

Does the Pine ship to X country?

You can reserve the Pine today from any country in the world. More details and information will be available when pre-orders start. We are trying our best to make the Pine available to most countries in the world.

How do you make calls or listen to music?

The Pine has a built-in speaker and microphone. You may remove the Pine from its strap and use it as a normal phone as well. Furthermore, there is a 3.5mm audio jack on the device that lets you plug any pair of headphones.

What is the price of a Neptune Pine?

The suggested prices for the three models of the Pine are as follows:

8GB - $335
16GB - $365
32GB - $395

Does the Pine come in multiple colors?

Yes, there will be multiple colors available. We are currently in the decision-making process regarding what colors to offer. Please participate in the color selection poll.

Does the Pine work on X carrier in country Y?

We are currently planning to release the Pine as an unlocked quad-band GSM phone. Therefore, any activated micro-SIM card on any of the network bands mentioned in the Tech Specs section should work fine.

Is the Pine waterproof?

The Pine is currently planned to be water-resistant, or "splash-proof", i.e. sweat, rain, accidental spills likely won't cause any damage to the device. Meanwhile, we are trying very hard to make the Pine a completely waterproof smartwatch.

Is the bracelet removable?

The bracelet is removable from the device on the Pine.

Can I buy a Pine at retailer X?

We're currently in discussions with major retailers worldwide to carry the Pine smartwatch and accessories but have nothing to announce right now.
